All staff direct dial numbers are now live.  To obtain the number of the staff member you wish to speak with please check About Us/Our Staff for direct dial numbers and email addresses.  If you are unsure of the staff member you wish to speak with, please dial our main number on 0141 945 3282 and choose from the following options:-

  • Option 1 – Repairs – to report a repair, check on progress of a repairs, gas services or kitchen and bathroom installations
  • Option 2 – Housing Services – if you have an enquiry regarding your rent or factoring account, wish to make a payment, have a neighbour complaint or any other tenancy issues
  • Option 3 – Finance – enquiries regarding purchase ledger only
  • Option 4 – Welfare Rights Service – if you have enquiries regarding,  benefits, housing benefit or debt advice, you wish to make an appointment to see an officer
  • Option 5 – Community Centre – all enquiries relating to community centre activities and bookings including the cafe 
  • Option 6 – All other enquiries – please choose this option if you are unsure of which service you require


We will be closed on the following

  • Friday 23rd September 2016 and Monday 26th September 2016.  Will re-open on Tuesday 27th September 2016 at 9.00 a.m.
  • Morning of Wednesday 28th September 2016.  Will re-open at 1.00 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.
  • Friday 28th October 2016 our opening hours will be as follows – 9.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. and then 1.30 p.m. to  4.00 p.m.
