Cadder Housing Association has recently developed a draft Customer Care Policy, which we are now seeking views on from tenants, owner-occupiers and other customers.
Section 5 of the policy details our Customer Service Standards, which advises as to how staff will engage with and serve our customers. We are particularly keen to hear from customers if they feel that any other service improvement areas can be added or if they disagree with any of the Standards.
