The below provides details of the proposals, which are separated by category – tenants and owners and also by house type. The categories are:

5-year Investment Plan

A 5 year Investment Plan of work has been developed by the Association. The plan is based on a 30 year long term strategy to ensure properties are well maintained and property elements are upgraded based on their anticipated life cycle and condition. Information has been published and delivered to tenants of the Association and Owners with properties included in factored common buildings. The 5 year plan is available within the ‘repairs’ area of the website, providing information on works beginning within the initial 5 years of the long term Investment Strategy.
