Tenant Consultation

‘Cadder Housing Association has developed a draft policy pending consultation in relation to Re-chargeable Repairs. The Association is responsible for the maintenance and repair of its stock, however customers also have responsibilities for some repairs which incur potential recharges which must be managed effectively. The policy is currently in draft form, pending a consultation period of 2 months and approval by The Associations Management Committee.
