Recharge Repairs
Under the above list there are items that the Association is identified as being responsible for, however, in certain circumstances the tenant may be charged for this work as it is seen that the damaged has been done by the tenant or that it has not been maintained and looked after properly by the tenant.
If a recharge is incurred the tenant will be required to pay a deposit. The amount of deposit will depend on the cost of the repair to be carried out. You will be advised of the deposit amount at the time of the repair being reported.
Replacement Control Door Entry Key Fob/Key or Extra Key Fob/Key
If you loose or require an extra key fob/key for the controlled entry door to your close, you will be required to pay £10. This has to be paid prior to us providing a replacement or extra one. A receipt will be given for your payment.
This can be done at the Association’s office during opening times.
