Repairs can be reported to the office anytime Monday to Thursday 9am to 4.30pm and Friday 9am to 4pm or alternatively you can email firstname.lastname@example.org
Any repairs reported will be arranged at a day and time that suits you to allow access to your home. Our maintenance team will try on two occasions if access is not obtained and there maybe a charge incurred if not access is granted to carry out the repair.
If you are experiencing any problems with your gas heating and hot water we ask that you contact our contractor City Building, to arrange a suitable time for access. The contact number for City Building is 0800 595 595, 24 hours.
City Building are also our out of hours emergency contractor. Please report any emergency repairs only to City Building on the above.
Stair Lighting – again please contact City Building on the same number if there are any problems with stair lighting. Do not report to the office.
