Customer Report 2020-21

Our Customer Report for the year from April 2020 to March 2021 is now available on our website.  This report provides information on how we have performed against the Scottish Social Housing Charter, comparing ourselves to other housing associations and to the previous year.  This year the report also provides an update on the completion of our staffing restructure, introducing our new management team.

The report is also being printed and copies will be sent to all of our customers in the next week.
