New phone set up

From today we will be trialling a new set up for our incoming calls.  If you phone our mainline on 0141 945 3282 you will now be given options for rent and allocations, repairs, or any other enquiries.

This new set up will make sure you get put through to the team who can help you with what you are phoning about.  It will also mean we have more staff members answering the phone, which should mean it is easier to get through with shorter waiting times.

We will keep this new set up under review over the next few weeks.  If you have any feedback on how things are working please let us know!
