Rent changes & money advice

This week letters have gone out to all of our tenants explaining about this year’s rent increase.  The Board have opted for a 2.5% increase, which is significantly below inflation.  However we know that any increase will still be difficult for our customers.

If you are one of our tenants and are concerned about your ability to pay your rent, please contact your Housing Officer who can assist with reviewing your repayment arrangement.  They can also put you in touch with our Money Advice Officer, Carrie, who can provide help and advice, as well as signposting to other useful organisations.
