Weekly close cleaning service

For those of our customers receiving a close cleaning service, we can advise that the weekly schedule has been changed slightly.  Our specialist contractor ICE is continuing to provide this service, with the new schedule as follows:

• Monday – Skirsa Street
• Tuesday – Vaila Street and Vaila Place
• Wednesday – Tresta Road and Tresta Close
• Thursday – Herma Street and Scapa Street
• Friday – Skirsa Square and Skirsa Place

On a weekly basis the service will include a brush and mop of internal areas, cleaning of windows and window ledges, and cleaning of the banister and stair railings.  On a monthly basis, the outside canopy with be cleaned.

Please note that this service does not include a clean up of back courts.  We would remind residents that everyone has a responsibility for ensuring the back courts and bin areas are kept in a clean and tidy condition.  However, if you believe there is a serious issue with your back court you can contact our Housing Team on 0141 945 3282 or by emailing Enquiry@cadderhousing.co.uk
