The Annual Report is an important document containing details of what we have done and achieved in the financial year up to March 31 this year.
Often referred to as a housing association’s “Performance Report” we submit this to the Scottish Housing Regulator each year. But we also share it with you so you know how we are performing.
The housing regulator exists to protect your interests as tenants and to ensure the good governance of housing providers across Scotland.
