Arrears Campaign – Expect a Call or Visit From Your Housing Officer – 16th February to 23rd March 2026

As part of our arrears support campaign, our Housing Officers will be reaching out to tenants who may need a bit of extra help.

You may receive a call or a home visit so we can check in, offer support, and work with you to keep your rent on track.
If you’re finding it difficult to keep up with your rent, don’t wait.

Reaching out early gives us the best chance to support you, explore options, and prevent arrears from building up.
