Bogus Callers

We have been made aware of a bogus caller in the Cadder area and would urge all of our customers to be careful.

Always ask to see the identification badges of anyone you answer the door to and inspect these closely to make sure they are real.  Only let callers in if they have an appointment and you know they are genuine.

Our staff and contractors will always have photographic ID with them.  If you are unsure you can contact us to verify their identity.

There is no reason why anyone should ever enter your home against your wishes – if anyone attempts to do so using force you should dial 999 right away.
