Customer Report on the Charter Update.
As part of our journey toward system improvements and enhanced performance we commissioned a validation exercise on our Annual Return on the Charter (ARC) that was submitted in May 24. The data corrections are minimal. In keeping with guidance, we have submitted the amended data to the Scottish Housing Regulator.
