Scottish Housing Regulator (SHR) confirmed Cadder Housing Association’s Regulatory Status is Compliant meaning: The RSL meets regulatory requirements, including the Standards of Governance and Financial Management.
Therefore SHR don’t currently require any further assurance from Cadder Housing Association Ltd (Cadder) other than the annual regulatory returns required from all RSLs.
