Estate Services Survey

Cadder Housing Association is aware that our customers have been dissatisfied with the level of service provided in relation estate services.  In particular, our customers have raised concerns over the standard of close cleaning and landscaping throughout the estate.

In response to this the Association arranged for a specialist contractor to carry out deep cleans in all 109 of its blocks to bring them up to an acceptable standard.  In addition to this, the Association has arranged for Irvine Civil Engineering (ICE) to carry out weekly close cleaning and the landscaping of all open areas in the Cadder Estate for a 6-month period from April 2022.  The intention is for the Association to use this 6-month period to consult with our customers and put in place a long term strategy for how estate services will be delivered from September 2022.
