Office Closure – Easter Weekend
Cadder Housing Association offices will be closed on Friday 18th April 2025 and reopen on Tuesday 22nd April 2025.
Although our offices are closed, our emergency out of hours services are still available.

As the office will be closed on Friday 18th April and reopen on Tuesday 22nd April, we ask that residents do not place bulk items out for collection on Sunday as there will be no uplift on Monday.
Instead, we ask that any bulk items for collection are left out on Monday for collection on Tuesday.
We are still unable to dispose of household upholstered items, such as sofas and chairs, at Dawsholm Depot and therefore ask that residents do not put any such items out for uplift.
Please only use the designated bulk points throughout the estate.
