Repairs and Maintenance Out-of-Hours Service & Disabled Adaptations
Cadder Housing Association is pleased to confirm that Bell Group, our current Repairs and Maintenance contractor, has successfully retained the contract following a recent competitive tendering process.
As part of this new agreement, Bell Group will now also be delivering our out-of-hours emergency repairs service, taking over this provision from City Building. This marks the first time Bell Group will be providing out-of-hours support to our tenants.
The updated contract, including the out-of-hours service, will come into effect from Monday, 2nd June 2025.
